Before You Come Down
Do I need to book ahead?
Walk-ups are welcome, but weekends and cruise-ship days sell out. Booking online is paid in full through PayPal, and that payment is what guarantees your slot.
What happens if the weather is bad?
Rain doesn’t stop us — rough sea does. If we call an activity off for safety, you choose a new time or a full refund of anything you’ve paid. No arguments.
What’s your cancellation policy?
Cancel more than 24 hours before your slot and you get a full refund. Inside 24 hours the payment is kept, because we’ve turned other people away for you. Cruise passengers whose ship doesn’t dock are always refunded in full.
Are life vests included?
Always, for every guest, on every water activity. Wearing one isn’t optional.
Who can drive?
Jet ski and buggy drivers need a valid photo ID. Under-18s ride as passengers with an adult, or on the water park and tubes with an adult present. Tell us who’s in your group and we’ll sort the right mix.
Do I need experience?
No. Every rental starts with a short safety brief and a practice run in the shallows. Most guests are first-timers.
What should I bring?
Swimwear, a towel, reef-safe sunscreen, and something to secure your phone or leave it dry with us. Water shoes help on the water park.
How do I pay?
Online bookings are paid in full through PayPal (card or PayPal balance). At the beach we take US dollars, Eastern Caribbean dollars at the day’s rate, and cards. Prices on the site are in USD.
Can you handle a group?
Yes. For ten or more, call ahead and we’ll hold the fleet, stagger start times and quote a group rate.
Where exactly are you?
On the sand at Mero Beach, Saint Joseph, on Dominica’s west coast — about 30 minutes north of Roseau along the coast road. Look for the buggies.
