Questions People Ask
Do I need to know how to drive off-road?
No. They’re automatic and forgiving, and a guide leads the way. If you can drive a car you can drive a buggy.
Will I get dirty?
Yes. Gloriously. Bring clothes you don’t mind, or jump in the sea after.
Can kids ride?
As passengers with an adult driver, yes. Tell us ages when you book and we’ll fit helmets.
What happens if the weather is bad?
Rain doesn’t stop us — rough sea does. If we call an activity off for safety, you choose a new time or a full refund of anything you’ve paid. No arguments.
What’s your cancellation policy?
Cancel more than 24 hours before your slot and you get a full refund. Inside 24 hours the payment is kept, because we’ve turned other people away for you. Cruise passengers whose ship doesn’t dock are always refunded in full.
Are life vests included?
Always, for every guest, on every water activity. Wearing one isn’t optional.
